KAM out of Memory Error

  • Kaseya acts like this isn't a big deal. It's mindblowing! Do you have a ticket open with them? This has been a near worst-case scenario for us in terms of "weeks from hell". They lock the machine! It's almost viral! I think something is wrong with the API because Malwarebytes shouldn't allow multiple processes under any instances -- there should be some kind of built in protection against that. And Kaseya, well Kaseya needs to put considerable effort into this issue because this could lose someone a client.

    We mainly see this issue occuring on Win7 32bit systems with 2Gig of memory...
