All Kav is showing not compliant with profile

  • Hi,

    All Kav is showing not compliant with profile on or server for all our clients. this seemed to start prior to upgrading to R9.4. Even if we run an update, reset the profile it just sits in pending without updating. Servers and pc's have been rebooted. KAV removed and reinstalled.

    Checked policy management and reapplied. still just sitting waiting to apply request

    Any ideas?

  • Patch for .10 "Fixed an issue that caused profiles to show out of compliance after running Get Status. (NINEFOURPT-232/ATTWO-2172)"

    I'm about to install the sister patch for 9.3 to see if that resolves the issue for us - what patch are you on?

    Installed Patch Level: 9.4.0.10

    0.11 has no info that it will fix the issue, so what now?
