Error on Endpoint License registration failed, exit code 2

  • Does anyone know where to see what's going on with this error or how to fix it?

    This is the code we get back from Kaspersky when we try to apply / update the license.  Unfortunately Exit Code 2 = Unknown Error.

    I would either try a repair on that machine.  Login VSA > Antivirus > Select Machine > Install > Repair Antivirus Install.  

    If that does not work, try Uninstall / Install on that agent

    Login VSA > Antivirus > Select Machine > Install > Uninstall Antivirus.

    after that completes,

    Login VSA > Antivirus > Select Machine > Install > Install or Upgrade Antivirus
