When I try to do some actions in the KAV, directly on the machine, appears a windows asking for a password. What is this password? I tried the same as the user on the VSA, but it's not.
The password should be displayed in the VSA. If you go to Anti-Virus > Show > Machines and select the desired endpoint. On the right in the Antivirus tab, it should have a field that says: Uninstall Password. This password will work as the admin unlock password as well. Use that and you will get to change settings locally.
