Kaseya Version: 7.0
Installed Patch Level: 7.0.0.20

We have several machines listed as "Uninstalled by User", and would like to get rid of these from the list of active installations. We've done several manual uninstalls because KAV uninstall procedure (through the Kaseya console) wouldn't work, so this would explain the message. A problem occurring with this is the very frequent errors from a procedure failure named "KSC: Get AV and AM Status". 

When trying to do an Uninstall or Repair (Verify), the procedure log shows the following errors:

  • FAILED to load KAV: Uninstall KAV (ID = 340). Error: This agent procedure has not been approved yet.
  • FAILED to load KAV: Verify Install (ID = 371). Error: This agent procedure has not been approved yet.

Any ideas? I thought I'd give it a shot here before submitting a ticket.
