Kaseya Version: 7.0Installed Patch Level: 22.214.171.124
We have several machines listed as "Uninstalled by User", and would like to get rid of these from the list of active installations. We've done several manual uninstalls because KAV uninstall procedure (through the Kaseya console) wouldn't work, so this would explain the message. A problem occurring with this is the very frequent errors from a procedure failure named "KSC: Get AV and AM Status".
When trying to do an Uninstall or Repair (Verify), the procedure log shows the following errors:
Any ideas? I thought I'd give it a shot here before submitting a ticket.
