I am looking for input on how everyone is upgrading their clients for KAM/KAV. We have a decent amount of agents that need upgraded and I'm looking for the most effective/efficient way to upgrade them while minimizing downtime. Kaseya recommends only doing 4 at a time simultaneously. I want to get this done as quickly as possible, but I don't want to cause downtime for clients. 

How is everyone handling this? Are you doing the upgrades during business hours or after hours? If after hours how are you ensuring the machines are on so you can do the upgrades? Is anyone using prompts/messages? Etc..
