If you encounter a website in which Kaspersky has black listed it in their filters, simply making an exclusion does not fix the problem globally. K Support says there is not way to fix it. WRONG !!
You have to contact Kaspersky support and request the website to be removed from their black listed sites. Takes a couple of days, but provided the site is clean, they will remove the site from their black list. No one except Kaspersky has control of their internal black list.
