I'm seeing a ton of pop ups and blocking issues with Proactive Defense and Self Defense that lead me to disabling them. However when this happens my users end up seeing a banner stating that "Your computer security is at risk Fix!" and this obviously creates calls and pain.
First off is there a good list of items to add to the exceptions list that will allow Proactive Defense and Self Defense to be employed without crippling my systems? At least an exceptions list that will allow the Kaseya agent to run procedures and KLC to access machines?
Since I doubt that there is a viable global option to allow all the modules to work as needed then I'll ask is there instead a way to globally disable alerts in the UI that some of the more overzealous modules have been disabled?
I'd ideally like both options but one or the other would be swell.
