We keep running into the issue of either KAV not installing at all, or profiles not applying and the install showing Failed in the VSA. Every single time, Kaseya support's only fix for this is for us to manually purge the KAV message sys queue. This really seems unacceptable to me, and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. It's really disappointing with all the time and money we've invested into Kaseya, KES, and KAV, that something as simple as getting the software installed wastes so much of our time. Certainly not feeling very "liberated" at this point, and neither is my tech team.
