After installing KAV (AVG9) on two separate systems (WinXP & Win7), I have noted that several components will not update (Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and LinkScanner). I have uninstalled via Kaseya, manually ran an AVG remover tool, and re-installed via Kaseya, however with same results. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be great appreciated. Thanks.
KAV is the Kaspersky product. You should probably repost this or have it moved to the KES forum, which is for the AVG product.
