Resolve Issue with Outdated Components in KES (AVG9)

After installing KAV (AVG9) on two separate systems (WinXP & Win7), I have noted that several components will not update (Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and LinkScanner). I have uninstalled via Kaseya, manually ran an AVG remover tool, and re-installed via Kaseya, however with same results. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be great appreciated. Thanks.

  • KAV is the Kaspersky product. You should probably repost this or have it moved to the KES forum, which is for the AVG product.
