KAV 'Last Updated' and 'Database Date'

  • We currently have about 125 KAV clients deployed with about 95% of them showing a significant discrepency between the 'Last Updated' and 'Database Date' dates in the management console.

    In most of these cases the results on the KAV management screen are wrong and the client's DB is fine but I have run into a few instances where the DB is out of date even though KAV shows that it was updated today.

    At least with the old KES, customers couldn't see the AV status but with the KAV icon alerting them anytime something's wrong, it's very concerning that I don't have accurate information on my end.

    Anyone have a fix for this or a way to disable the ability for customers to access the KAV status screen on the client side?
