There is a current bug affecting endpoints during install where the profile is not being applied. This prevents all preloaded exclusions from being applied on install; including agent working folder, Kaseya agent, and all Kaseya VNC variants. Check the Anti-Virus>Machines>Column Sets>Status page, the profile will be blank for affected endpoints. The current work-around is to reapply the profile or run a verify install.
