I am having an issue with KAV where it is blocking my Cisco SSL VPN client from connecting. The way I have gotten it to work is by adding the VPN files to the trusted application list manually. I opened a ticket with Kaseya support and they told me that they will add this as a feature request in a future release. My question is has anyone else seen this problem and has found a better resolution than I to just manually add them?
We do indeed have "Trusted Apps" coming in either a hotfix or the next release--so the only way to accommodate this in the interim is to manually add it to the trusted apps from the Kaspersky interface. But the feature is coming so hold-tight...
