We have a central email address that gets ticket change notifications. I did some poking around the help file; dashboard; and the forums; butstill am not sure how to add the ability to receive notification of hidden notes.

I'd like to be able to enable this, since we have inter-office communication on tickets that we may not want to share with the client/submitter.

Any ideas? TIA!
