I would like to assign tickets to 'Administrative roles'. Currently it seems that I can either assigntickets to one person or everybody (via unassigned).

Reproduce my finding:

System/Admin roles/Create-Delete- new role called "Support Team"

Add the appropriate members to this role and then have this role show up under..
