I find this to be an interesting question, and am concerned that nobody seems to be monitoring these forums. The answer may exist somewhere else, but that sure decreases the value of the forums.

Can you automatically assign a specific person to a ticket based on group membership?
Is there a way, based on group that you can have a specific person assigned to all new tickets? In other words is you have a person responsible for site A, one for Site B and one for site C, and in each site, you have a local person in charge of IT. Each site is in a machine group. I would like to have all tickets created under each group to be automatically assigned to the person at that site. Then from there, that person can make the judgement call to escalate it to the HQ IT Department - i.e. CTO, etc.
