Ticketing assigning to third party

  • Does anyone know how to set up a third party option in ticketing to allow customers to set status to "third party"

    We have customers who send hardware out to be repaired and they would like the option to mark that ticket as with third party.

  • can you createa new field and then label it "third party repair" and have options yes, no. Default to no so on all tickets it says no unless it is changed and then give the users rights to change that field?
