Is there any way you can print out open service desk ticket requests? I ask because when we have an influx of requests, i need something quicker than writing it down. I have tried using tablets and laptops before but we use the ticketing system for desktop support requests at the school i work at, and it just takes too long and is too much of a hassle to walk from classroom to classroom with an open laptop or tablet. I normally just write down my tickets but i thought it might be faster if i could just hit a select all and print. Any ideas?
