Error processing sbo_treePresNoteProcedures_List procedure Incident is Changed
The action 'SendEmail' cannot be performed because of one or more validation errors.

To: The value must not be empty.

 

I get these messages every day in my info center box.

  • and the field to is not empty right ?

  • Check to see if you have pools that are setup for escalation and that they actually have email addresses assigned (just go select your desk and you'll find the Pool tab).

  • Is there a solution for this problem?

  • Perhaps you should try putting this step in your Ticket Change procedure before the step to send an email:

    "Tests if StaffEmail Exists"

    > "Send an email to [$StaffEmail$]
