Ticket creation from Group Alarm Status page? Broken??

  • Just wondering if others are seeing this behaviour or if I am on my own...

     

    It used to be that I could click on Create Ticket when viewing an alarm, and a ticket would be created, now it sits there at processing, and stays there...

     

     

     

  • FWIW - mine seemed to hang but it did create a ticket.
