I'm also interested in hearing if anyone has had success using SalesLogix with Kaseya.

Using the database views you could write a SalesLogix module that pulls the data from Kaseya and places it in Saleslogix. If your interested I know a company that does alot of Saleslogix work and integration. Let me know if your interested.

Hello, can anyone offer some assistance in integrating tickets from kaseya to Sales Logix? it runs on SQL as well.

We'd like closed tickets in kaseya to be created and closed in Sales Logix.

We'd like the customer, helpdesk engineer, hours works, and notes populated in sales logics when they are created.
