I am still trying to generate a "clean" report in Kaseya and am having difficulties. I would appreciate if someone could make ANY suggestions.

Anyway, I want to be able to print a weekly or Monthly report that ONLY includes results from Internal system backups. I can choose REPORTS --> MONITOR -->ALARM SUMMARY REPORTS-->then choose MONITOR=alerts, and can print all EVENT alarms for a period of time. Kaseya included a filter for NOTES (not sure why) but it would have been nice to also have a filter for the event type..

As of now, I won't allow me but to print ALL events. Is this "fixable" ?
