SOOoooo I've searched all over the web and these forums.  I desperately need standard help desk reports from the service desk like:

1) Average Resolution Time

2) Average Response Time

These are standard metrics for a help desk why don't these reports exist in Kaseya by default?  I've found a number of posts on here asking for this and ZERO responses.  I don't have the addons BMS/Vorex.  There is the automation exchange which has some of these reports.  I was able to pull BMS report parts into reporting as they are XML but not Vorex wr files.

I am guessing this will be another cricket post as seems like no one has these... Kaseya moderators??? chirp....chirp...silence
