We would like to run a report in order to understand which of our clients use the helpdesk the most. This would basically be a top 10 clients based on the number of  total tickets, showing the client name, end user name and ticket name so we could look into the trends and analyse who uses our services the most.

Is this something that is achievable within the Kaseya reports? Having had a look into the reporting tool, wasn't able to find any condition that would allow me to count the number of tickets per client and group/order accordingly.
