Report on online agents over time

  • Has anyone found a way to report on the number of agents online over time? It would be interesting to see and help support work/life balance initiatives (I said that with a straight face).

    It's along the lines of what you are looking for, but you probably need to know a bit of SQL and have access to the SQL back-end.
