Trying to create report part that shows agents that HAVE NOT checked in for 90 days

This question is answered

Hi guys

Im trying to produce a report that shows a client what agents have not checked in for the past 90 days.

When I create the report part, I can create a filter that shows what machines HAVE checked in the last 90 days, but not the opposite - ie, what machines HAVE NOT checked in the 90 days.

I'm configuring the filter with these parameters:

Date Filter Column = Last Checkin

Time Range Type = Last N Days

Number of days = 90

Is this possible?  Surely it is, but I can't see how.

Thanks in advance

Dave

  • I know you could quite easily create a view to show this. I believe an offline for 60+ days view is included in the system list but it should be pretty easy to create a new one

  • Correct you are Tim - thanks mate.

I was looking to filter it within the report part, but a view works fine.

  • Hi

You can create the view and report on the view using an agent report part. Simply add the agent colum to the report part and when running the report you have an option to run a report on a specific view.
