We are trying to create a report for our customers that includes a total hours spent on reactive tickets per month. We are using the Service Desk module with an Incident Desk and can pull the hours for all tickets from the Ticket Notes report part. However, we have a custom field called Work Type and we want to filter to only include tickets with a Work Type of Support. We are looking in to the Name Value Parts as a solution but the SQL Query side of that is beyond us so want to know if there is an easier way to do it.
