Why do reports just stop?

We're starting to hear from customers that reports aren't going through. When we look at them, we get something like this:

What's causing this?

  • check that the reporting service is running on  your vsa box. Also check that your smtp is working properly as well. We've disabled Kaseya's reporting and created our own SSRS, but this may not be the best option for you, but it is more reliable.
