I have a category up to 2nd level. when I create a report for category it count tickets upto 2nd level, id like to count tickets under 1st category only. is ther a way?
working on a very similar report... did you manage to setup a report for 1st category only?
Not a lot of help unfortunately, but we had similar requirements and we ended up having to export our raw Service Desk data to an Excel file in order to be able to clean and separate the different levels of categories, to create something useful and aesthetically pleasing. Kaseya's interface and reporting image seems stuck in the 90s.
