I have found a way to run a custom report against our ChangeRequest desk that returns all tickets from the specified time frame. However I need to be able to filter it to just a single ticket and include timestamp information for all entries (notes, sytems recorded changes to ticket, etc.) for our SOX auditors. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Or perhaps have a custom SQL query I can modify to get this information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
