I'am trying to create a monthly report of "out of scope" service work complete for our Managed Service clients for the month.
I have created a service call category as "out of scope" which is easy enough to report on via the customised ticket report. But is there a way to create a report so that the time is shown on the report as well as the notes? at the moment it is only showing the notes which isn't very helpful as i need to know how much time has been spent on the service call and the notes to invoice.
Any helpful and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
