I'm playing around with the reporting features of Kaseya and I'm looking for a way for it to be able to report average turn time (time of life) of tickets as they are opened and closed. This is mainly an exercise to see how quickley we are closing out tickets that are under certain categories. Something like this:
Service Request: Average 1-Hour
Projects: Average 72 Hours
Incidents: .5 Hours
If it could be represented visually, that would be amazing as I could easily present it to higher ups who would like to see how we measure productivity.
