Uptime History - only within office-hours

Hi Kaseya-Experts.

I'm searching for a solution to create a "uptime history"-Resport. But not the Kaseya-Standard within reports. I need a report which collects only the data within our customer office hours. For example only between 6a.m. and 9p.m. - not 24hours a day, not sunday.

I don't want that our servicetime is counted within these reports for reboots or planned maintanence of hardware ...

  • This is a very interesting idea. This would make a marked improvement on the uptime reports as alot of our clients are 9-5 businesses.
