Deep Scan stuck

  • I have seen https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115000525211-Deep-Scan-Stuck-with-no-Scan-Process- but I'm still stuck with a scan that's been at 38% for a couple of days now.

    I had added a new network to our list and it got stuck on the initial scan of that network.  It's only showing 3 devices out of about 15 that should be on that network and the scan status is Performing Deep Scan.

    Any tips on clearing this out?  Everything has been set to use C:\kworking from the start and for the heck of it I followed the instructions and changed it per the instructions on the link.

  • I ended up deleting the site and re-entering to clear the issue.

    If you on VSA 9.5 you can stop is by network by Agent there needs to be a stop button. Otherwise you need to change a record in the database. I can help you with that if necessary. Then I will give you query :)
