Existing Agents not recognized after scan

  • After setting up a scan using 'LAN Watch by Network' everything goes fine, the scan runs and it finds all kinds of great stuff. I switch over to 'Discovered Devices - Grid View' and I can see all the items the scan found. If I sort these items by 'Computer' I can see all the systems (I recognize the PC names), yet they are all listed as "Eligible to deploy agent" even though every one of them already have agents installed... I tried Deploying the agent again, no change.

    Is this a known issue?

  • I have seen it and I'm still working with support to get all the other issue fixed.

  • just restart the agents on each pc they will show up in discovered
