Your Upgrade to R9.4 is Enabled

    I got my email today - Your Upgrade to R9.4 is Enabled - unfortunately my email system stripped out all the content.

    Can anyone tell me what's in the email?


  • Thank you for registering for the R9.4 Upgrade.  Your account has now been enabled to upgrade to the new version.  Please take the following steps as part of the upgrade process:

    1. Review the R9.4 Install/Upgrade Checklist

    The checklist contains important information including new features, release notes, pre-requisites, and system requirements.  Click Here to review the checklist.

    2. Update Your Agents After Moving to R9.4

    Please remember to upgrade your agents to 9.4 after you have upgraded the VSA Server. While all existing functionality will continue to function with your existing agents, in order to use the new Live Connect and other features, agents need to be upgraded to 9.4. 

    3. Run KInstall - it will automatically locate, download and install the R9.4 release

    Note: You can run Kinstall from the machine Kaseya is installed in by going to Start->Programs->Kaseya; under that program group you will see KInstall as one of the programs you can run.

    If you cannot locate the KInstall program, you can download it from http://download.kaseya.com/KInstall.exe
