If you are having trouble installing Kaseya, follow these steps to completely uninstall Kaseya, and then you can start afresh without carrying any of the last instlal setting through.

1) Open Add/Remote Programs

2) If the "Kaseya Virtual System Administrator" is present, remove it

3) If "Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (KVSAMSDE)" is present, remove it

4) Verify the Kaseya directory (default is c:\Kaseya) is completely gone.

If not, delete it.

5) Verify that C: \program Files\Microsoft\ SQL Server is completely gone. If not, delete it.

6) Remove the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kaseya, and all subkeys.

7) Remove the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsCurrentVersion\App Paths\KServer.exe and all subkeys

8) Reboot (some components of the MSDE engine may linger and cause the re-install to fail).

9) Run the Kaseya 2004 Enterprise installation again
