In our upgrade of Kaseya from 6.2 to 6.3 the System Check test "SQL Service Account Check" keeps resulting in a warning.
I have looked over the help feature and have made sure all SQL services are running with the appropriate logon credentials.
I was hoping that someone could shed some more light on what might also cause this warning as I am at a bit of a loss why it continues to be there.
I am also getting the same message during the upgrade process....
I got an Answer Dave,
was told that it only checks the SQL on the local device, so if you are storing the database on a different server then this warning will always show up and can be ignored.
Installed with it and got a clean install as far as I can tell so far.
