My company has been steadily been getting banners for windows 8.1 saying that windows hasn't been able to check for updates. We manage all of the machines within Kaseya patching and I'm a bit confused as to why we're getting this banner. I've tried to set the registry to put the next check time way in the future, and a couple of other settings that seem to be overwritten by the windows program. Is there a recommended setting within Kaseya that I can get this banner to go away? We want to continue to use the update agent in Kaseya to manage all of our patching, but need this banner to go away. If I can find a way of uploading the screenshot, I'll throw it up.
