How can we find the deleted tickets in Service Desk and also the details like who has deleted, when they have deleted etc.
deleted tickets, are deleted and cannot be found in SD.
in the system log you can see when a ticket was deleted
You can find deleted ticket in kcache.ticket.
SELECT * FROM kcache.ticket WHERE incidentNumber = '<your ticket number>'

System > Server Management > System Log
