More granular control of user permissions

  • Maybe some of these are in the 2008, but since I am too gun shy to go that yet here we go...

    1. Ability to deny rights to reassign a ticket. We have customers who use the ticketing system to view the status of all of their tickets but should not be changing who the ticket is assigned to. That is our job.

    2. Deny rights to create/edit scripts but still see and execute public scripts and any that have been shared with them.

  • Out of curiosity...

    How do you enable customer systems to view all of the open tickets for that customer?

    Our customers can view the ticketing system, but cannot view the tickets for the whole company? only on individual systems
