Suspending alarms for specific clients

Does anyone know of a way to temporarily suspend alarms by times? Example- Some clients have 24/7 support, while others have only 8am-5pm. This is a problem with the servers since the monitoring is either on, or off.
Is there a way to make a script within Kaseya to automatically turn on and off alerting for some customers during specific times?
Any help or scripting examples are greatly appreciated.

Hi Pete

Not aware of any method to do this in the current release. I would raise an enhancement request for this ability if I were you, as it is something that a lot of people want.

Maybe I am missing something but wouldn't the suspend alarms under the monitor tab work for this? You could start it at 5pm and suspend alarms for the time you want and then run recurring every 1 day? You would still get alarms on sat and sun during these times for the client but it might help a bit.
