Customizing menus

  • Is there a way to customize an assignee dropdown for specific customers? For instance, if we have a customer "a" with technician "a" who works only on that customer, when a ticket comes in for customer "b", can I limit the drop down field so that only that customer sees technicians assigned to the customer "b" account?

  • If you have technician A only assigned under Systen->Membership to a group for customer A, then only Customer A should see that technician in the drop down list.

    Technician A however will also only be able to see Customer A information.

    You'll need to set the Group Membership on the section of Kaseya as well.
