We should be able to see what hotfixes are for. For example in the Update section of System, Server Management, Configure. Another possibility is to list the hotfixes in your support knowledgebase and/or forum.

The suggestion has been made to Kaseya to at least list each hotfix on the Forum. Yet to be seen at this point.
You can always look over the xml file from
http://vsaupdate.kaseya.net/vsaupdate/v5000000/kweb.xml
and get a basic idea of what is being done.

Bump. This is sorely needed.

We have been in touch with Kaseya's top support folks recently and my understanding is they are thinking of implementing an RSS feed for the hotfixes since they are typically very small and have a single simple purpose.

ehh... The RSS feed is a crude fix for the XML file. They should have a dedicated section on their support site that relays bug fixes in a systematec way, description, problem summary, resolution. You could then supplement it with an RSS feed.
The way they release hot fixes is directly related to how they manage the development and QA of the product. It needs improvement!
If they need someone to help them with this they can call me anytime.

Is there an update to the URL for 2008 SP1, as the fix numbers seem to be different?
Thanks in advance
