We have multiple customers on our Kaseya server. The all have to get ticketing available for there company.
Now the don't see others customers in tickets or users but the can see the main Administrator and our sales department because they have right on the customer group.
Is it possible to intergrate an option that my sales department can acces the customer group but not be visible in het assign to option?
