Feature Request: Format Email for Ticket Creation Notifications

  • I'm currently interfacing AutoTask with Kaseya. It has been simple to create tickets in AT via alert e-mails with XML tokens. However, when a user creates a ticket in Kaseya, I need to be able to format the e-mail notification so that I can create a corresponding ticket in AutoTask.

    I've read that some people create custom triggers in the Kaseya database, but the ability to format the e-mail for Ticket Creation in the Notify Policy would be MUCH easier.

  • I don't have any kind of formal confirmation but the rumor mill has it in the next update. Supposedly the entire ticketing portion is getting some real lovin.
