The Executive Summary report contains a nice "system activity" section that can be customized to include counts of things that you want clients to know that you are doing for them.

We want them to know how many times we've used remote control to assist their users or fix a problem. This would be easy, except, that the remote control log is not one of the logs that can be used for counting. We can count things in the script log but can't specify the "system scripts" that run VNC or terminal services.

I've tried counting script log entries with "*vnc*" as a filter but that's not working either. And, I know I can produce a detailed remote control log but what I really need is just a count that I can show the top brass when I meet with them each quarter.

Feature request:
Allow the remote control log to be used to count things for system activity.
