Optional Unique ID to each group

  • It would be very helpful and easier to sort through the customers, if we can get a field that could accept a unique ID for each machine group (typically individual company).
    This way it would be great if we can search through the list using ID instead of group name, as it could get confusing if 2 companies with similar names come join our services.

  • I would love to see this feature. It would be a great if we could create the "ID" ourselves so this way we could make it our cutomers ID number within our issue tracking software. Also if this was a variable we would use in alerts and tickets created in monitoring.

  • You can add additional fields to the Audit Data (Customer ID, Location etc) and tell Kaseya to populate for all systems in the current view.
    You can then also base Views on this data so it would achieve the same end result, I think.
