    IIRC kaseya is not cluster aware... unless they changed that with the new version and "forgot" to tell us...

  • Where we have used other Systems Management products in the past to do this sort of thing what we have done is:-

    Install agents on both Nodes - as there are always non cluster bits that you need to monitor, like the size of the C drive.

    On a cluster there will always be a resource that is only available to the active node, Quorum drive, IP Address etc.

    Modify Procedures so that they check for the ownership of the Resource before they do the monitoring, otherwise do nothing. That way the procedure will only carry out the monitoring function on the Acive node.
