Intel vPro and K2

  • Greetings all,

    I've started turning on vPro on a handful of our agents. However, in K2 under remote control/Power Management it shows my machines, but it does not show the machine.group id. It's like it recognizes the PC Name/IP Address from vPro, but doesn't match it to its matching client.

  • For vPro enabled agents added prior to K2, the machine.group id is not associating properly. For agents added after K2 they are associated properly.
